For security reasons, the IP subnet from which you tried to sign on to our
services has been blacklisted. The analysis of blacklisted IP addresses is not
done by our system but by an external service, based on objective criteria. The
use of such lists has sadly become necessary due to fraud attempts, especially in
the internet business.

you send back the attached document filled out, signed for our reference with a
