建议再发一封，陈述以下几点：

1、告诉HE.NET管理员 rr.nu 是一个开放的免费二级域名系统（提供相关网站）

2、告诉HE.NET管理员 rr.nu 的WHOIS显示他绑定了自家的域名DNS服务器。

3、告诉HE.NET管理员 rr.nu 为非法的无效绑定，绑定人并没有域名所有权。该无效绑定导致了其他 ***.rr.nu 二级域名无法绑定HE.NET。
