请教 RU域名申请后 收到DNS检测失败的信 但是域名不能再次注册 需要如何

请教DNS测试不成功 给我来了一封信 但是那个域名再注册就提示已被注册了 这个是等到能注册了继续注册 还是通过什么方式 更改提交的DNS那 还是以后就不能注册这个了
