Warsaw School of Economics to close FreeDNS service [2010-04-30]
According to the decision of the authorities of the Warsaw School of Economics, IT Center of the school will start the procedure of closing of its FreeDNS::SGH service starting from May 1, 2010. Terms of use of this free service allow for its closing immediately and without any compensation. However, all FreeDNS::SGH users are given a grace period of 60 days (until June 30, 2010) to relocate their resources to other operators. All users of FreeDNS::SGH service were notified about the changes by e-mails sent to their addresses they given upon registering. Answers to questions relating to closing procedure as well as examples of other services, where users resources may be relocated, can be found at http://freedns.sgh.waw.pl/info_en.html
