Win Web Hosting has the full rights to accept or refuse the web site that will be hosted.
Adult oriented sites, IRC Bots, Proxy Scripts / Anonymizers, Pirated Software / Warez, image, filedump, mirror, or banner-ad services (similar to rapidshare, photobucket, or commercial banner ad rotation), affiliate servers, topsites, commercial audio streaming (more than one or two streams), Escrow, High-Yield Interest Programs (HYIP) or related sites, Investment sites (FOREX, egold exchange), sale of any controlled substance without prior proof of appropriate permit(s), AutoSurf sites, Bank Debentures, Bank Debenture Trading Programs, Prime Banks Programs, lottery sites, muds / rpg's, hate sites, hacker focused sites/archives/programs, or sites promoting illegal activities, IP Scanners, Brute Force Programs, Mail Bombers and Spam Scripts. Forums and or websites that distribute or link to warez content ARE PROHIBITED.
Offering video and/or audio streaming or downloads, MP3 Files, Games and shareware is also not permitted on any WinWebHosting server.
Using a shared account as a backup/storage device is not permitted, with the exception of one cPanel backup of the same account.
In case of the situations cited above, the membership will be terminated by Win Web Hosting with/without notice. Please make sure reading our Policies and you must agree before continue.

提供视频和/或音频流或下载，MP3文件，游戏和共享软件，也不得在任何WinWebHosting服务器。
作为备份使用共享帐户/存储设备是不允许的，同一个相同的帐户的cPanel备份例外。
